Terms and Conditions for AUDITIS, a branch of WorldWiseCo FZCO

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.
Welcome to Auditis, a hospitality service provided by WorldWiseCo. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

"Company" refers to WorldWiseCo, a global consulting group headquartered in Dubai, UAE.

"Services" refers to hospitality-related audits, consultations, evaluations, and recommendations provided by Auditis.

"Client" refers to any individual, business, or entity using Auditis services.

"Agreement" refers to this Terms and Conditions document.

2. Scope of Services

Auditis specializes in hospitality audits, quality evaluations, and process improvement strategies for hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses.

Services include but are not limited to:

Operational audits
-
Quality assurance programs
-
Staff training assessments
-
Customer experience analysis
-
Specific deliverables and service scope will be mutually agreed upon through a formal Service Agreement or proposal.

3. Client Obligations
To facilitate an efficient audit process, the Client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery.
-
Allow access to premises, personnel, and systems necessary for audits or assessments.
-
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary tools, methodologies, and reports provided by Auditis.
-
Adhere to timelines, including providing feedback or approvals as needed.

4. Fees and Payment Terms
-
Fees for services are determined based on scope, duration, and complexity. A formal quote or proposal will be provided.

Payments must be made per the agreed schedule, usually outlined in the Service Agreement.
-
Payments shall be made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.
-
Late payments may incur penalties of 2% per month on the outstanding balance until settled.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
-
If a Client wishes to cancel or reschedule services, written notice must be provided at least 7 business days in advance.
-
Cancellations made with insufficient notice may incur fees equivalent to 20% of the agreed service cost.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:

Keep confidential all proprietary, operational, and personal information disclosed during the service process.
-
Not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
Exceptions to confidentiality may apply if required by law or regulatory authorities.

7. Liability and Disclaimer
-
Auditis services are based on professional expertise and analysis; however, the Company provides no warranties for specific business outcomes or financial improvements.
-
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services rendered.

The Client is responsible for implementing recommended changes and ensuring compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All reports, methodologies, tools, and recommendations provided by Auditis are the intellectual property of WorldWiseCo.

Clients may use such deliverables for internal purposes only and may not resell, distribute, or reproduce them without prior written permission.

9. Data Protection

WorldWiseCo is committed to complying with applicable UAE Data Protection Laws and GDPR (if applicable).

Any personal or business data shared during service delivery will:
-
Be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
-
Be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the services agreed upon.
-
Be stored securely and only for as long as necessary to complete the services.

The Client agrees to obtain any necessary consent from employees or stakeholders whose personal data may be shared for the audit process.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, fires)

Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
-
Governmental restrictions or legal changes
-
Epidemics or pandemics
-
Power outages or cyberattacks
-
In such cases, the affected party shall notify the other party promptly in writing and make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as possible.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
-
If the Client breaches any terms, WorldWiseCo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.
-
Upon termination, all outstanding fees and obligations must be settled.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

13. Amendments
WorldWiseCo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes in writing or via email.
